Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “Website”) and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

  1. The Contract
All persons wishing to make a booking must have carefully read and understood the following Terms and Conditions. By making a booking with our Company, you accept on behalf of yourself and all persons named in the booking, including minors and persons under a disability, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date on which our Company sends a confirmation email. At that point, a contract between our Company and the Client comes into existence. Before the booking is confirmed and the contract comes into force, the Company reserves the right to increase or decrease prices. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between our Company and the Client in relation to the subject matter herein and shall be binding. No verbal or written representation, warranty, prior agreement or description of services shall be binding unless expressly set out herein. The services to be provided shall be those referred to in the booking confirmation.
  2. Payment / Acceptance of Booking / Credit Card
The Company must confirm acceptance of the Client’s booking in writing. Please refer to the confirmation email for details regarding final payment. Unless otherwise stated in writing or unless prepayment promotions are in effect, payment of the balance of the total price is due at the end of each booked service. Payment may be made in cash or by credit card directly to the driver at the end of the service. Payments made by credit card are subject to a 10% processing fee on the total amount.
  3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any cancellation request by the Client must be submitted in writing and must be acknowledged by the Company in writing. The date and time on which the cancellation request is received by the Company or its agents shall determine the applicable notice period and any cancellation charges.

3.1 Transfer Services
For transfer services only, cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service time shall entitle the Client to a full refund, less any non-recoverable bank charges, taxes, duties and VAT. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service time may result in the full amount of the booked service being charged.

3.2 Transfer + Tour Services and Other Ancillary Services
For combined transfer + tour services and any other ancillary, customized or additional services, the following cancellation terms shall apply:

  • Cancellations made 21 days or more before the service date: the Client shall be entitled to a full refund, less any non-recoverable bank charges, taxes, duties and VAT.
  • Cancellations made from 7 to 20 days before the service date: the Client shall be entitled to a partial refund equal to 50% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date: the deposit shall be forfeited, and the remaining balance may also be charged where already provided for or otherwise due under the booking.

3.3 No-Show
In the event of a no-show, meaning the Client fails to appear at the agreed time and meeting point without prior written notice, no refund shall be due.

3.4 Delays Due to Flights, Trains and Cruises
For transfer services, a free waiting time of up to 1 hour is guaranteed in the event of delays caused by flights, trains or cruise arrivals. Any additional waiting time beyond this period may be subject to supplementary charges or to rescheduling of the service, subject to availability.

Privacy Policy
The Company may collect and process personal information relating to the Client, as well as any personal information provided in relation to persons whose travel arrangements have been requested by the Client. The Company shall take all reasonably necessary steps to protect such personal information.

Complaints
If a Client has a complaint against the Company, the Client must inform the Company at the earliest opportunity in order to allow the matter to be addressed and, where possible, resolved before any public disclosure of the complaint.
